    It will be 16 years this December since my daughter and I walked into the BeeKay Theatre to see the very first Tehachapi Community Theatre production put on there, "Oliver!"     Amanda Webster is a 14-year-old 8th grader at Jacobsen Middle School in Tehachapi. She has been an avid reader since shortly after she learned to read.
