Edwards AFB Composite Squadron 84 Celebrates New Commander and Recognizes Members’ Service Capt. Kevin Finster (center) accepts the squadron guidon from the Group 6 Commander of the Civil Air Patrol (CAP) California Wing, Lt. Col.
