The Tehachapi Resource Conservation District (TRCD) is still offering native plants for sale during its fifth annual Native Plant Sale, March 1 to April 3, 2015. The fifth annual native plant sale is underway, and orders are now being taken on-line or by mail until April 3, 2015. This and previous plant sales have all been offered jointly by the Desert-Mountain Resource Conservation and Development Council (DMRC&D) and the Tehachapi Resource Conservation District (TRCD).
