Tehachapi Valley Arts Association and its supporters are at it again. For the second time this year they have collected art supply wish lists from local area teachers and set about making those wishes come true. In September over $2200 in supplies were donated and just this week another $2400 in supplies were delivered throughout Tehachapi.
