At Kelley's Café we like doing food the old fashioned way; we actually cook it. That is to say our food is not pre-cooked (or pre-wrapped and cooked). Our chicken fried steak is made with fresh cube steak that is tenderized, then breaded and cooked to order. These steaks are not cookie-cutter chicken fried steak that has already been breaded and cooked. Our ham is a bone-in ham steak. We give you ham, not a sliver of ham.
