    Tehachapi Hometown Christmas Tehachapi Arts Center is excited to participate in the Hometown Christmas event again this year. This year is the Reindeer Rush Scavenger hunt. Come on in and find the reindeer and we'll stamp your Reindeer Rush Passport. This event runs until Dec. 23. The more stamps you have the more chances you get for the big drawing on Dec. 26.     Our artist of the month, Glenda Rich, is an experienced artist who worked for Thomas Kinkade in the production of his artwork.
