Local Tehachapi racer Jenee Dugan is putting together a team to race on the dirt tracks of Bakersfield, Calif. Jenee is a veteran fan, going to the Okie Bowl at Bakersfield Speedway since she was a kid. Her husband Tom Dugan is a racer himself in the Hardtop Class where Jenee now lends a hand.
