In the July 4 - 18, 2015, edition of The Loop I read two articles, one titled “Landscape Classes for Water Conservation,” by Tina Fisher Cunningham; the other titled “Landscapes for the Future,” by Liz Block. The articles focused on a series of classes to be taught by Ms. Block. Ms. Block is the Water Conservation Coordinator for the Tehachapi-Cummings County Water District.
