New Airport Lease Policy Back in February, in order to comply with FAA requirements, the Tehachapi City Council approved the Municipal Airport Hanger and Inspection Policy with the inspections to be completed during the months of June and July. At their Sept. 9 meeting, the Tehachapi Planning Commission was presented with a preliminary plan from a developer by the name of The Address at Tehachapi, LLC. The proposed project is a 57 acre vacant parcel at the northeast corner of Tucker Road and Highline Road, with existing zoning of T-3. Nina Thai moved into her Tehachapi home in early July. About six months earlier, she had officially joined the staff of Adventist Health Tehachapi Valley where she became part of the surgical staff.
