The Tehachapi Mountain Quilters are excited for this year's Quilt Show. Between Covid and economic reasons it has been seven long years since we have had a show. The Quilt Show will be held on Oct. 12 and 13 at the Aspen Builders Inc. Activity Center, 410 W. D St. Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Admission is $10 for adults, $5 for ages 6-16 and under 6 is free (no strollers). Tehachapi Mountain Quilters will be holding their next meeting on Monday, Feb. 6, at Shepherd of the Hills Church. Doors will open at 9 a.m. for socializing and the meeting will begin at 9:30 a.m. We will be having "Trash to Treasures" after the business part of the meeting.
