Calling all musical ghosts, ghouls and goblins! It’s time to start rehearsing for the annual TPOPs (Tehachapi Pops Orchestra) Halloween Spooktacular Concert. This year’s show will again be presented at the Tehachapi Adult Day Healthcare Center, 123 W. F St., on Sunday, Oct. 27, at 4 p.m. Rehearsals started on Thursday, Aug. 29, 6 to 8 p.m., at Fiddlers Crossing, 206 E. F St., in downtown Tehachapi, and will continue each Thursday until the show.
