    Chris Naftel, former president of the Rotary Club of Tehachapi, presented a video of underwater dives he did in June and October 2021 during a trip to the Caribbean island of Bonaire. The dives were among the Bonaire reefs and the video featured various types of fish and other creatures.     The September 21, Houchin Community Blood Bank mobile blood drive was the 25th blood drive held in the Tehachapi area since the COVID-19 lockdown began. Over the past 18 months approximately 850 pints of blood have been donated in Tehachapi, with many residents having donated multiple times.
