The Rotary Club of Tehachapi has selected Chris Naftel as its Rotarian of Action for this year. Alex Wood is nearing his goal of becoming an Eagle Scout. As a result, The Tehachapi Depot Railroad Museum is benefitting by having an interactive display set up in the baggage room of the Depot. As an Eagle Scout "capstone" project that benefits the community, Alex has planned, designed, fund raised, built and assembled a simulator that will enable guests of the depot to have a hands-on opportunity to drive a train through the Tehachapi Loop, of course via a simulator!
