    Mary Ruth "Banny" Abbott was born on Nov. 21, 1938, in Fort Smith, Arkansas, to Eunice and Jesse Hibbs. She was the fifth sibling out of seven. Mary was blessed with an angelic voice from an early age. She recalls singing in front of the church at the age of 6.     The Tehachapi Warrior Booster Club and the Tehachapi Warriors Baseball program recently completed a facility upgrade for the varsity baseball field consisting of over 500 feet of sublimated outfield windscreens to enhance the look of the stadium and enhance player safety.
