Obviously, they are unaware of the deep pool of artistic talent found here in our mountain home, and "Movin' On" is proud to be a part of Tehachapi's rich musical tapestry.     While you are exploring our community during Mountain Festival, be sure to stop by our new Visitor Center and say "Hello". The Tehachapi Visitor Center will be open during Mountain Festival Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10a.m. to 6 p.m. and our volunteer docents will be happy to answer any questions about Mountain Festival, the Tehachapi area in general or just chat.
