Tehachapi has a long history of having outside dances in the Downtown area, and that tradition is going to be renewed with this year's "Green Street Get Down," held in conjunction with this year's Tehachapi Mountain Festival. Strange name right? The band Blond Mustard has been together for the last 10 years. They are a group of friends who really enjoy music and play locally at the wineries and other local venues. The band plays rock, pop, country and jazz. It's really all about making good music together. Wild Wind Riders Youth Equestrian Drill Team was Established in 2020 by a bunch of hometown kids who wanted to do something with their horses. These kids range in age from 8-18 years old. They practice endlessly with each other and their horses in hopes to compete in competitions next year. This year we'll be celebrating the 10th Anniversary of the Tehachapi Apple Festival. JR Long, owner of Tehachapi Signs, has been keeping busy producing memorabilia for the Diamond Anniversary of the Tehachapi Mountain Festival.
