    The Tehachapi Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of Dr. David Newby, will be performing on Sunday, Nov. 5, at Country Oaks Baptist Church, 20915 Schout Rd., Tehachapi, beginning at 4 p.m. The program will begin with Beethoven's "Overture to Fidelio" and Joaquín Rodrigo's "Fantasia para un Gentilhombre" featuring guitarist Jack Cimo.
