    At the December Board meeting of the Mojave Air & Space Port, Tim Reid was selected to fill the position of general manager/CEO. He was receiving treatment at the Bakersfield Memorial Hospital and surrounded by family at the time of his passing.     Councilwoman Christina Scrivner submitted her resignation from the Tehachapi City Council on Dec. 5. On Nov. 8, Scrivner was elected as the east Kern County representative to the Kern Community College District.
