Major Developments and Deliverables Pedestrian Safety 20th Street West in Rosamond saw the completion of pedestrian safety improvements with the construction beginning in February 2021 and was completed in Summer 2022. Nathan Leroy Walton was born in Los Angeles, California on Nov. 24, 1938, to parents Ruby Brewer and Arthur Kent Walton. Nathan had four siblings, Daniel, Phillip, Rachel and Priscilla. After a long wait, the election results were certified. The CSD office in Bear Valley Springs was the site of the swearing in of three candidates who won the seats on the board.
