    August 27, Hall Ambulance Service donated an automated external defibrillator (AED) to the Tehachapi Valley Recreation and Park District, for use at the Dye Natatorium Pool.     Looking good – The Tehachapi Valley Healthcare District finances are looking better. The district has $5 million in cash, $3.1 million in reserves and $1 million in Medicare reserves.     On April 20 the Tehachapi City Council approved a water conservation plan. On May 21 stage 2 of that plan will go into effect. Stage 2 regulations are mandatory with warnings delivered for first offenses. Fines can be expected for repeat offenders. 1.
