On Tuesday, July 27, Houchin Community Blood Bank (HCBB) joined forces with the Tehachapi Valley Recreation and Parks District (TVRPD) and the City of Tehachapi on the fifth Tehachapi-wide blood drive of 2021 for these three organizations.
