On May 16, at approximately 4:37 p.m., officers responded to a report of structure fire at Coy Burnett Stadium, at the 700 block of E. Tehachapi Blvd. The damaged structure is the snack bar the Tehachapi High School Boosters use for fundraisers and THS local games. The lure of four seasons and the chance to live closer to nature was what attracted Jeremy and Mary McGill to Tehachapi. They found a house they loved in Bear Valley and moved in the August.
