Stallion housing Last year was a busy year for housing and related projects in Stallion Springs. Permits for 32 new homes were issued, 20 new fences and 13 new storage buildings and sheds. The Tehachapi Humanitarian Relief Group was formed during the current COVID-19 pandemic to fill a need for food distribution and other services for Tehachapi's under-served. The group networks almost entirely through Social Media and were very active during the Christmas holiday.
