    After several months without a meeting, the Tehachapi Planning Commission met on Aug. 12 to consider two new projects. The Planning Commission approved the installation of a new AT&T telecommunications tower to be located on the Rockpile located at Tehachapi Airport.     Commencing on July 8, Lyn Bennet initiated painting a replica of the 1915 Green Street Dance mural. The original mural, positioned on 118 E. Tehachapi Blvd., was created in 2004 by Phil Slager.
