    Derby Downs Cart Races The Stallion Springs Police Activities League held the Derby Downs Cart Races on Saturday, Nov. 3. Thirty children between the ages of 5 and 14 raced down a quarter mile hill on Stallion Springs Drive to see who would have the fastest time.
