    On the morning of Aug. 6, the board of the Tehachapi Arts Commission presented art teacher Debbie Haeberle with a check for $250 to assist with her program to supply art supplies to TUSD students.     Antelope Valley Indian Museum is seeking actors age 8 to 18 for the museum’s annual outdoor play based on a traditional California Indian story.
