The recent fundraiser tea party held by the Rotary Club of Tehachapi raised funds for the Salvation Army's after school program. Junior High and High School aged kids are welcome at this wonderful after school hangout. The Tehachapi Rotary Club held a lovely formal afternoon tea in support of the Salvation Army's after school program. Held in the beautifully decorated and intimate setting of Fiddlers Crossing, hot teas of many blends were brewed. A large variety of finger sandwiches and desserts highlighted the afternoon tea. Tehachapi Valley Recreation and Parks Department (TVRPD) is still in talks with Lehigh working on a land lease agreement, so that the developing Mountain Bike Park can be considered public land.
