The Tehachapi Association of Teachers found a unique way to honor their president Joan Cooper on May 14. Cooper has served as president of the TAT for 24 years. Demolition have been hard at work removing interior walls and plumbing in the old St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store at the corner of Green St. and F St. in the downtown area of Tehachapi.
