    Fifteen theatre students stood in the Tehachapi High drama room and expressed what they were feeling at that exact moment. Some said they felt nervous, others excited.     The Tehachapi Police Department is excited to host the 2024 Special Olympics Torch Run on Thursday, Nov. 14 at 10 a.m. All donations from the Torch Run help to fund Special Olympics programs locally and enrich the lives of athletes with intellectual disabilities.
