Chávez National Monument will celebrate its 10th anniversary as a unit of the National Park System with a commemorative ceremony on Saturday, Oct. 8 at 10 a.m. The event will be held in the monument’s Memorial Garden located at 29700 Woodford-Tehachapi Rd., in Keene, California.
