    This year the annual Tehachapi Apple Festival falls on October 15 and 16. As the name implies, the focus is on “appley” goodness. The festival is free to attend and is a fun time for the whole family thanks to its vendors, entertainment and the children’s special “kidzone” area, which has games and activities. On May 28 a dedication ceremony was held where the garden's story was told and thanks were given to those who helped bring the garden to life.
