    The Tehachapi Police Department is excited to host the 2024 Special Olympics Torch Run on Thursday, Nov. 14 at 10 a.m. All donations from the Torch Run help to fund Special Olympics programs locally and enrich the lives of athletes with intellectual disabilities. The Torch Run will kick off at Centennial Plaza where participants will go on a half-mile run/walk through downtown Tehachapi.
