City of Tehachapi's Adopt-A-Flag program

During the week of April 27, the City of Tehachapi placed American flags, as part of the Adopt-A-Flag program, all over downtown Tehachapi. Pictured is Josh from the City, placing an American flag in front of The Loop newspaper office.
