Lions Club of Tehachapi

The Tehachapi Lions Club was honored to welcome home the Edwards Air Force Base Explosive Ordnance Disposal Airmen who recently returned from their six month deployment overseas. While deployed, the Tehachapi Lions Club, in conjunction with the 412th Civil Engineering Group, sent a taste of home to the airmen in the form of care packages loaded with items that are not easily obtained where they were deployed. The airmen were treated to warm fellowship and a hearty meal by the Lions and their friends.

The Lions always welcome members of our community, who have a heart for service, to join them at their monthly meetings and during their projects. The Lions meet the first and third Thursday of every month at the Tehachapi SENIOR CENTER at 500 E.
