John Martin GM at Tehachapi-Cummings County Water retires

Tehachapi -Cummings County Water District President David Worden presented a Resolution of Recognition to retiring General Manager John Martin at the water district meeting on Nov. 16. Martin had served as General Manager since 2008. Board member Jonathan Hall said of Martin, "He is the finest public servant I have ever seen. He is an exemplary leader and provides absolute excellence in every endeavor."
