Foundling Reclamation Grand Opening

On March 3 Foundling Reclamation officially opened with a ribbon cutting. The Tehachapi Chamber of Commerce Board and Ambassadors helped Glenda Love and her daughters Erin, Bree, and Shea celebrate the event.
