Children in the Anti-Bullying Self Defense seminar do some simple warm up exercises. While advocating "avoidance" there may be times that you need to defend yourself in order to safely "ESCAPE" from your attacker. They were not there to teach how to battle with a bully. One should be able to safely ESCAPE their attacker. Guest instructor Derek Demus, leads the seminar.
