Thank You letter in hand, Patty and Bob Souza are thanked by City Manager Greg Garrett. The Souzas worked the very first shift when the doors opened at the Visitor Center on June 30, 2016. They continue volunteering today as ambassadors of tourist information for the Tehachapi area.

Michelle Vance, Visitor Center volunteer and current Tourism Commission Secretary, was one of the biggest proponents of establishing the Tehachapi Visitor Center. She and City Manager Greg Garrett have worked hard to see that it was built. Over 3,000 visitors have signed the Center's guest book.
