Here's a quick, easy, no bake chocolate bark recipe that's sure to thrill. It's so simple you might try this one with the kids or grandkids.
This recipe comes courtesy of our friends at Mill Street Kitchen. Margaret Veszpeller and her team are amazing at creating fun and inventive food. This easy dessert is no exception.

Chocolate Bark
Ingredients:
• *10 ounces vegan chocolate chips
• *7 ounces raw pecans, chopped
• *8 ounces raw pepitas
• *8 ounces cranberries
• *3 ounces coconut flakes
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave
2. Stir in all other ingredients
3. Spread evenly on a parchment paper lined baking sheet
4. Chill in refrigerator for 4-hours or until set firm
5. Break into pieces for service
