Engrained in our culture is the belief that you must follow the rules, be exceptionally good, be in control, please people. Wrong! Author Nichole wants to tell us why.

Nichole was taken out of the game and put on the bench. Upon sitting she felt for the first time an aching void, deep in her soul. Her easily relatable and humbling narrative of this journey discusses:

Oak Tree Art Antiques Etc

Located at 102 W. Tehachapi Blvd. (across from The Tehachapi Railroad Depot) with a broad variety of items, refreshments and music. Open until 8 p.m.

Tehachapi Museum & Errea House on S. Green St. Treasures from our local mountains and around the world will be featured on First Friday. Stop by for refreshments.

Mill Town Marketplace

More than eight local vendors will be available from 5-8 p.m.

The anchor businesses of Mill Town Marketplace are Alligator Rose, The Coffee Mill and Mill Street Kitchen. Mill Town Marketplace is located at the corner of S. Mill & F St. (See article on this page).

Tehachapi Christian Store at 108 E. Tehachapi Blvd. will be open First Friday Oct. 5. Come in and Meet Author Nichole Hamblin and have your book signed.
