4th of July in Tehachapi

Many kids participated in the Children's Parade with several riding festive bikes.

Mutts in Motion showed off their speed and agility in Central Park for the second year in a row.

Bob and Patty Souza of Tehachapi spot the photo of John Charles King on the Wall of Valor at the 4th of July Festival. Bob was the Deputy Commander for Squadron 46 in Tehachapi and John was one of his Civil Air Patrol Cadets. "I gave him his first orientation airplane ride and the rest is history. Go Air Force Thunderbirds!"

Tehachapi Warriors football team helped flip pancakes at the Ed Grimes Memorial Pancake Breakfast in Central Park.

There were numerous kid activities in Central Park. Here is Ani Hamilton (center) having fun on the bungee bounce.

The Tehachapi Museum celebrated its 46th Birthday on the 4th of July with cake and lemonade. Pictured are Del Troy, Charles White and Laura Weltin.
