2019 Art Scholarship recipient

Gale Caldwell, president of TVAA, was happy to congratulate Sonora Horton on being awarded the 2019 Art Scholarship for graduating seniors. "All of us here at Tehachapi Valley Arts Association are honored to be a part of your art education! I remember when you were little running around your mom's booth at the craft fairs. I'm really proud of the young woman you've become and feel we're all lucky that you're part of the TVAA Family now. Don't get too busy with school to still pop in."
