Rotary bike raffle winner

Ed Wiggs of Sun City, Calif. won the KHS bicycle given away by Tehachapi Rotary at the Friday evening pasta feed before the GranFondo. He drove all the way to Tehachapi to pick up his bicycle from Ride Director Michelle Vance.
