Jazz by Candlelight fundraiser, Dec. 7

On Dec. 7, at 6 p.m., Mano Lujan of Red House BBQ will present "Jazz by Candlelight," the first fundraiser for Layla and Milo's Soup Kitchen – a local soup kitchen that's open most Sunday afternoons at 4 p.m. at The Shed, 333 E. Tehachapi Blvd.

This semi-formal event will be held at The Shed and will feature the jazz stylings of Grammy nominated Barbara Morrison and the John Stephens Big Bluzzzy Band.

Enjoy a fabulous date night with live entertainment and a four-course handcrafted dinner created by Mano. Mano, his staff and the sound man will be donating their services for this cause.

Tickets for the dinner and show will be $75 per person. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.

You can buy your tickets at Red House BBQ, 426 E. Tehachapi Blvd., Tehachapi. All proceeds will benefit Layla and Milo's Soup Kitchen, which just became an official state 501(c)3.
