Kelcy's Grand Reopening

On the afternoon of July 1, Kelcy's Cafe on Tehachapi Blvd., celebrated their Grand Reopening with cookies, ice cream and a Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting attended by local residents and many City dignitaries.
