Tehachapi's Online Community News & Entertainment Guide
Tehachapi Composite Squadron 46 has set a new squadron record promoting nine cadets in one night. This is a monumental accomplishment. Our cadets have full schedules with school, jobs, volunteer hours, color guard practice, and after-school sports and activities. Yet they still managed to complete the leadership training, aerospace education training, and all other requirements necessary for promotion. Our cadets are expected to live by their core values and by their cadet oath. In their cadet oath, they pledge to advance their education and training rapidly to prepare themselves to serve their community, state, and nation. These nine cadets are faithfully fulfilling their cadet oath. We are watching them grow and develop into leaders of good moral character day by day. We look forward to seeing all they will accomplish in the future.
The following cadets were promoted on Aug. 24:
Cadet Basic Paxton Caudle promoted to Cadet Airman; Cadet Airman Wyatt Dalton promoted to Cadet Airman 1st Class; Cadet Airman Jacob Espinoza promoted to Cadet Airman 1st Class; Cadet Damien Johnson promoted to Cadet Airman; Cadet Airman Justin Kerr promoted to Cadet Airman 1st Class; Cadet Airman 1st Class Ryan Megrdle promoted to Cadet Senior Airman; Cadet Basic Brodie Napier promoted to Cadet Airman; Cadet Basic Gannon Renehan promoted to Cadet Airman; Cadet Delilah Trejo promoted to Cadet Airman 1st Class.
Squadron 46 would like to thank C/SMSgt. Nathaniel Loftus and C/SSgt. Jacob Yedinak for their amazing leadership and assistance in helping these nine cadets prepare for their promotions. We would also like to give a special thanks to C/A1C Jayden Kaczmarczyk for his help with the Promotion Review Boards, as well as our new Squadron Photographer Cadet Airman Paxton Caudle for sharing his amazing photograpghy skills with our squadron.
