Volunteers helped fold more than 1,500 flags before the Flag Retirement Ceremony.

On Sept. 11, several organizations joined for a Flag Retirement Ceremony and 9/11 Remembrance event at the Tehachapi Rodeo & Event Center. Approximately 1,500 flags were collected from the Tehachapi community and received a proper retirement.
