In my practice as a hypnotherapist, I frequently use neuro-linguistic programming. It is an invaluable tool in facilitating my clients to rapidly heal and reach their goals. As with hypnosis, NLP processes use the relaxed state of mind.
Neuro-linguistic programming is a set of principles and techniques aimed at enhancing self-awareness, increasing confidence, building communication skills and motivating positive social actions. The developers of NLP, Dr. Richard Bandler and John Grinder, created new models of how thoughts and behaviors actually work. Those models make it possible to uncover the exact mental processes to achieve any humanly attainable results, or to modify a person's mental processes to easily change behaviors and responses for the better. This has led to the creation of many effective techniques for working with all kinds of issues including:
• Converting limiting beliefs into positive and useful beliefs.
• Converting bad habits and negative behaviors into positive ways of being.
• Successfully healing all kinds of relationship issues.
• Clearing all kind of fears and even debilitation phobias.
• Overcoming procrastination and creating dynamic motivation.
• Creating inner congruence for starting and completing goals.
• Converting stuck feelings into powerful resource states.
• Teaching people how to tap into the excellence of someone they admire.
• Assisting people to tap into their own wellspring of internal resources.
• Finding the true origins of problems so they can be thoroughly addressed and cleared.
• Assisting people to let go of unhealthy attachments to others.
• Assisting people to really heal from traumatic experiences.
In my practice, I use a combination of therapeutic counseling, hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming and Compassion Key. I have helped many clients with anxiousness, sadness, fears/phobias, self-esteem, stress, recovering from traumatic events in their lives and more.
