Anglers found the dam area of Brite Lake a popular place to fish from on May 20.

The Brite Lake Fishing Derby was held on Saturday, May 20, at Brite Lake, 22902 Banducci Rd.

There may still be a chance to catch tagged fish fish valuing from $100 - $1,000, but the opportunity ends June 20 at 11:59 p.m.

Fishing License required: All participants age 16+ must have a valid California fishing license.
