Iced Tea with Your PD

Members of the community and the Tehachapi Police Department, including Chief Richard Standridge, gathered at One Fine Day cafe, 117 E. F St., Tehachapi on Sept. 13 for the first "Iced Tea with Your PD." This event is a great opportunity for people to meet and connect with members of the department and the new chief, while enjoying a free glass of iced tea." We wanted to do something different with an event like this in the afternoon to bring out different members of the community," said Chief Standridge. City Councilwoman Susan Wiggins, who also attended, said "I think this is a great idea. We have Coffee with the Mayor, Sipping with the Supe and now Iced Tea with Your PD."
